Carlton, Contracting Officer, FAX 256-955-9310, AMSAM-AC-LS-T, E-mail: Floyd.Carlton@redstone.army.mil; NSN: 6695-21-913-2599; P/N: 406-375-230-105; PRON: AX4Q0377AX; NOUN: Indicator Assembly; Quantity: 10 Each Minimum/150 Each Maximum Five-Year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) applicable to OH-58D with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery without First Article T esting is 10 each 190 days after contract award. This item is restricted to the approved businesses Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., CAGE Code: 97499 and Canadian Commercial Corp., CAGE Code: 98247 with CMC Electronics Inc., CAGE Code: 90073, as the appro ved Subcontractor. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offe rors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compet e for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date a nnotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
