- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. FA7012-04-T-0075. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-22 & 23. This is a small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 442210 at $6 million size standard. LINE ITEM: 0001 Custom Color Logo Waterhog Sculpture Floor Mats, QTY: 225/EA, UNIT PRICE: $_________, EXTENDED PRICE: $_________. ?Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. INSPECTON AND ACCEPTANCE TERMS: Supplies/services will be inspected by Quality Assurance personnel and accepted at job site. Delivery date requested is 30 July 2004, FOB Destination. FAR PROVISIONS: The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and 52.212-3, Offerors Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items are hereby incorporated.
