- The date for receipt of offers has not changed. The date for receipt of offers is 11 Jun 2004. In regards to RFQ FA8501-04-Q-0036, the following information is herby provided for clarfication purposes: 1. Image Display can be either be displayed live on the computer monitor or a separate video montior. 2. As for level of image analysis and simple manual meaurement the following is provided: More than simple manual measurement. Database software packages that stores,compares,categorizes,etc. the images into a database,which you can then develop queries and reports for historical comparisons. 3. WR-ALC needs to see "live" video on the screen and save short videos as well as to be able to "grab" a "frame" for a still digital photo. 4. WR-ALC needs to see "live" video on the screen,but the analysis will be on a cpature image. 5. The range of sizes of the BGAs is up to 750 balls. 6. Either a stage or board clamping is authorized. 7. Boards are up to 5" x 7" .
