- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a Rural Health Clinical Technical Assistance Series. The Rural Health Clinical (RHC) Technical Assistance Series will focus on providing RHCs with four to six national technical assistance conference calls each year for two years. The conference calls will provide RHCs with technical assistance and disseminate comprehensive, provider-related information regarding issues including, billing, quality improvement, best practice and disease management. The contractor shall be responsible for coordinating the conference calls, identifying pertinent topics, lining-up appropriate speakers, developing technical assistance materials related to the class and notifying the RHC community about each call. The contractor shall have must have experience in rural health clinics or rural care settings, provisions of services provided by RHCs, managed projects providing technical assistance and other resources services and projects involving multiple collaborate relations. It is expected that this solicitation will result in an award of One Year with One Year Option. This proposed requirement is 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Offers from concerns other than small business firms will not be considered. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541618 "Other Management Consulting Services" and the small business size, in dollars, is $6.0 million. The solicitation will be available at this cite at www.fbo.gov in the Main Menu, under Health and Human Services (HHS), Offices, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Locations, Division of Procurement Management.
