- Bluejay-Fox Timber Stand Exam. 257 data points total combining fixed and variable plots at each point. Plot frequency is estimated at 1 per 5 acres. Variable plots for trees 5 inch DBH and larger shall average a minimum of 5 trees per plot. For trees under 5 inches DBH, fixed plot size is 1/100th for the majority of stands. 17 percent are 1/50th acre. 1/10th acre plots will be used to determine habitat type. Work will take place in the vicinity of Lowman, Idaho, along the south side of the South Fork of the Payette River. NAICS code: 115310, Size standard: $6.0 Million. Estimated start date is July 1, 2004 with a completion date of September 30, 2004. See numbered note #1.
