- PR #: LTC04043018175, NSN 6670-01-010-5906, SCALE SPRING. RFP #: SP0440-04-R-3859 Contracting Officer: MIKE COLESAR /804-279-4491. Issue Date: JUNE 22ND, 2004, Closing Date: AUGUST 22ND, 2004. Subject procurement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The subject RFP Estimated Annual Quantity for the Base Year is 216 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 236 each. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 30 days ARO. Full and Open Competition applies.
