Contracting Officer: Arla Allen, 804-279-6133. Est Issue Date: 30 June 2004, Est Closing Date: 30 August 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. The item is a critical application item, and is configuration control. Contractor First Article Test is required. This is a flight safety critical item. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 78 days after FAT approval. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and 4 option years. The estimated annual quantity for the base year is 184 each. The estimated annual quantity for each option year is 112 each. An approved technical data package is not available at DSCR . The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
