Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) Europe intends to issue under full and open competition, a Request for Proposal (RFP) HC1021-04-R-0093 to establish a new contract to provide commercial 155Mbps Internet Services for Capodichino Naval Station (NS) Naples, Italy. Please note this requirement was previously synopsised as RFP HC1021-04-R-0041 and is replaced accordingly. The RFP will be issued under the commercial acquisition procedures of FAR Part 12 and a firm fixed priced contract is contemplated. Period of performance is a one-year base period, with four, one-year options. The Government will make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. The RFP will be posted on 7 June 2004 in Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) at (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) and DITCO web site at (http://www.ditco.disa.mil) and will not be made available in hard copy. All inquiries regarding the RFP shall be submitted electronically and directed to both Ms. Christel Johnson and Mr. Terry L. Green, at PL512@sembach.disa.mil. This acquisition is unrestricted and (NAICS) 518111 is applicable to this requirement.
