- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) is seeking responsible sources interested in providing detention services in support of three locations located in San Juan and Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The contractor shall provide all detention services (management personnel, supervision, manpower, relief guards, uniforms, equipment, and supplies), a contractor detention site, detainee meals and transportation. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract with a base period of one-year and possible two 6-month option periods. Services are scheduled to begin October 1, 2004.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561612 and the Size Standard is $10.5 million. This procurement is being made on an unrestricted basis. The proposals are due on July 7, 2004 @ 4:00 p.m. PDT. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The distribution of this solicitation will be accomplished primarily through the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The Federal Business Opportunities website provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through the GSA site.
