- ASPHALT OIL DISTRIBUTOR TANK TRUCK- Oil Distributor Tank and Truck, Black Topper or equal meeting minimum salient characteristics stated in forthcoming solicitation. Characteristics include but are not limited to a 2,000 gallon tank with a 20 inch m anhole, 400 gpm asphalt pump, 12 inch spray bar, 33,000 lb GVWR truck, 210 HP diesel engine, 179 inch wheelbase, Allison MD 3060 six speed automatic transmission. Requested delivery is approximately three to four (3-4) weeks after award of purchase order. FOB is destination. Estimated issue date of solicitation is June 8, 2004. The proposed contract is set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. Offers from other than HUBZone small business concerns will not be considered. (See Numbered Notes 27). This s olicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with far 4.502 and 5.102. Therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing this website. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the solicitation via this website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt may render quote nonresponsive and resul t in the rejection of same.
