- Offutt Air Force Base has a requirement for a Catholic Priest services. This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around June 3, 2004. Solicitation number FA4600-04-T-0098 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-23. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 813110, and the small business size standard is $6,000,000. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for the following service: Sacramental Services to include Daily Mass, Weekend Mass, Weddings, Baptisms, Funerals, and Rites of Reconciliation as well as Counseling Services on an as needed basis. Please reference solicitation # FA4600-04-T-0098 on all correspondence. All quotations must be received via e-mail to SSgt Maurice Ross at the 55 Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, Offutt AFB 68113-2107 by 8 June 2004 at 11:00 pm (CST). Quotes must be valid for 30 days after the date that the quotes are due. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations.
