- THIS MODIFICATION FULLY REPLACES FEDBIZOPS NOTICE POSTED MAY 26, 2004. Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Aqualife, Inc. for the office of Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory located in Seattle, WA. Purpose of proposed contract is for 21 days charter to conduct mooring recoveries and remotely operated vehicle (ROV) operations in the Gulf of Alaska between June 24 and Sept 23, 2004. Contractor has been identified as the only qualified company to complete moorings and ROV recovery operations because of their knowledge and training handling these instruments. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.00. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-JUN-2004). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 04-JUN-2004.
