All are considered used and were removed from the aircraft for the purpose of up-grading the systems. Items are being sold as 1 lot. Specific questions can be addressed to Don Lofton, Vertex Aerospace, (601) 607-6436 or email don.lofton@L-3com.com. If the items are to be reused in an aircraft the buyer is advised that the parts can not be used on commercial aircraft in absence of specific FAA approval and can not be sold back to the Department of Defense (DOD) or to foreign governments/military without the appropriate records/documentation. DOD makes no representation as to a part?s conformance with FAA requirements. As a condition of transfer, donation, or sale of a Flight Safety Critical Aircraft Parts, and prior to installing the parts, the receiving person or organization must subject the parts to safety inspection, repair, and/or overhaul by a competent manufacturer or other entity certified by the FAA to perform such inspection and repair. Inspections and FAA approvals will be needed to determine an aircraft part condition for safe operation, or parts eligibility for installation on a civil aircraft.
