- Description
- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) proposes to increase the level of effort being provided under Contract No. PBGC01-CT-02-0623 with Ronald Kolz. Under this contract, Ronld Kolz is performing professional pension benefit administration support at PBGC's Milwaukee, Wisconsin, field office. An increase of 23,400 hours to the existing performance period, as well as an additional 51,600 and 58,800 hours in the remaining two option periods, this is necessary to offset an unforeseen increase in the number of pension plans assumed by the PBGC. In view of Ronld Kolz familiarity with the complexities of pension administration and his knowledge of ERISA as well as PBGC policies and procedures, Ronald Kolz is uniquely qualified to perform these additional services in a timely manner. This is not a request for proposal. See Note 22.
