- Description
- The General Services Administration announces an opportunity for Construction Excellence for the Construction of a New Office Building to be located at 45th Street and 1st Avenue, New York, NY. Solicitation No.: GS-02P-04-DTC-0032(N). The New Office Building (NOB) will consist of a 27-story building of approximately 143,000 square feet, and the work in this project will include but is not limited to concrete, structural steel, fireproofing, insulation, curtain wall and glass, roofing, sealant, flashing, architectural interiors finishes such as doors, frames hardware, stairs, interior partitions, millwork, signage and graphics, elevator, mechanicals, electrical plumbing and fire protection. The Estimated Construction Cost Range is between $45,000,000.00 to $55,000,000.00. This solicitation is issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program, and is open to both Large and Small Business Firms. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220- Office Building Construction. A small business concern under this solicitation is a firm who has a three-year average of gross sales/receipts of $28,500,000 or less. This solicitation includes Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) building information. The following information must be provided prior to receipt of contract documents: 1) Copy of Valid Business License, 2) Verification of a valid DUNS number, 3) Valid IRS Tax ID Number, and if sending an individual to pick up documents after receiving authorization, individual must provide a Valid picture state driver?s license along with a completed Document Security Notice form. Pre-Solicitation Notices will be mailed on June 4, 2004. Part 1 - Technical documents will be available on or about June 15, 2004.
