- Description
- This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number M00681-04-R-0019 is attached. All responsible quoters may submit a quotation for consideration. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334310 and the business Standard is 750 employees. The Defense Priority and Allocation System (DPAS) rating for this order is DO-A70. Work will be conducted at the I MEF's Commanding Generals Conference Room, located at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. The anticipated contract will be Firm Fixed Price. This requirement is to design, supply and install a system integrated module utilizing Government Furnished Equipment and new hardware integration. Contractor is to develop a technically sound system design, improving the overall vid eo audio quality, and user accessibility control. Contractor is to provide all equipment and services necessary to complete required work. Including programming, delivery, installation, integration, cabiling and termination, training and documentation, manufacturer warranty and preventive maintenance service contract. Please see attached Solicitation for specifications. This is an unrestricted procurement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration. Quoters are to submit a listing of equipment they propose to furnish for the I MEF's Conference Room. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes. Technical capabilities of the items offered to meet the Governments requirements, past performance on DOD Contracts, warranty and price.
