- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound is soliciting for centrifugally cast sleeves, for propeller shaft int strut bearing sleeves in accordance with NAVSEA drawing 203-4325144 Rev P. Inspection at Source, Acceptance at Destination. Delivery location: Bremerton, WA 98314. Higher level of contract quality, ISO9002 or Mil-I-45207 & Mil-Q-9858. Following certifications and testing are required but not limited to: radiography, material, hydrostatic, weldability, radiographic, non-level one material. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued by 04 June 04. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 15 utilizing best value evaluation of offers. When issued, the RFP will be posted electronically via the NECO website at www.neco.navy.mil. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. An email request to mary.carkeek@navy.mil will e accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO website. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of same. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting a proposal must: 1) complete the pricing, 2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, 3) manufacturer information of proposed items and 4) ensure current registration inn the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). ** NOTE: THIS PROCUREMENT EFFORT WILL BE SOLICITED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE
