- The U.S. Army TACOM Picatinny, Picatinny, New Jersey, 07806-5000, anticipates soliciting a sole source task-order contract to conduct research of the next generation of Smart Coatings (TM) for Army materiel through the use of nanotechnology as well as other novel technologies under 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 with The Foundation at NJIT New Jersey Institute of Technology University Heights, Newark, NJ 07102.
