- Description
- The U.S. Army TACOM Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement to modify existing contract number DAAE30-00-C-1087 for an additional quantity of M84 Non-Lethal Stun Hand Grenades. The U.S. Army TACOM intends to satisfy this requirement for the above systems through a sole source modification with Universal Propulsion Company, Inc., Phoenix, AZ. This action is based on other than full and open competition procedures utilizing the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). See Numbered Note 22.
