- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the Northern Region Contracting Center at Fort Eustis VA intends to make award to C S R M INC on a sole source non-competitive under solicitation W91QF1-04-T-0095 to provide meals (8700) for JROTC cadets at summer camp at Camp Bedford and Camp Edwards MA. The standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 5812. This soicitationis 100% set aside for small business with revenue of $6.0 million dollars or less. Responses are due by 11 a.m. EST 9 Jun 04. Therefore, in accordance 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302.1 the Government intends to make award to C S R M INC after close of this notice. A determination not to open this requirement to competition based on responses received to this notice is sole within is solel y within the discretion of the agency.
