- 47-TUBE ASSEMBLY, METAL, SOLICITATION NUMBER FA8104-04-Q-0198; SIZE/DIMENSIONS: 4.180 inches long, outside dia 1.493 minimum inches and 1.507 maximum. FORM/FIT/FUNCTION: To supply fuel to the engine. PREDOMINANT MATERIAL: Titanium alloy, Pratt & Whitney, Spec PWA 1.260. First Article is required. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. Anticipated award date: Award will be July 6, 2004 and made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. Written procedures will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestors are acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered. It is suggested that small business firms or other interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed: United Technologies, dba Pratt & Whitney, East Hartfordd.
