Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to provide custodial services at the William J. Hughes Technical Center, Atlantic City International Airport, NJ. The period of performance is estimated to begin on/or about October 01, 2004, with four (4) one-year option periods. The contractor shall provide at their expense all labor, vehicles, transportation, communication devices, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, supervision, and management necessary to perform specified custodial services. The Screening Information Request (SIR)/Solicitation will be a total set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720. The size standard is $14 million. A mandatory Site Visit is scheduled on May 13, 2004. Prospective offerors not in attendance at the mandatory site visit shall not be permitted to submit an offer for contract award. Offerors must contact Ben S. Stowman, Jr., Contract Specialist by May 10, 2004 by phone or FAX to schedule an appointment. The SIR will be posted on this website on/or about May 7, 2004. There will not be a formal mailing of the SIR. Phone and FAX requests for SIRs will not be accepted. Offers will be evaluated in accordance with the SIR. Evaluation criteria include Quality Control, Key Personnel, Past Performance for Same or Similar Work, Staffing Ability, and Safety. The Government will make a single award to the responsible Offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be technically acceptable and the lowest priced offer received.
