- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement to modify purchase order DJDEA-HQ-04-0063(O) to extend the period of performance for an existing on-line service, which grants access to AlertRx public record information database for (June 01, 2004 ? June 30, 2004). This is an anticipated sole source modification to ChoicePoint Service Inc., under authority 41 U.S.C. 253 (c )(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Any firms desiring consideration must fully identify their capabilities to perform. Responses must be in writing and submitted to the contracting official listed above, five (5) calendar days after publication of this notice. All respondents will be considered by this agency. This requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis. See Note 22.
