Description

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services intends to award, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, on a sole source basis a firm fixed price award to ICF Consulting a project entitled "CMS National Contractor Performance Evaluation (CPE) Database Contract" this is a follow-on project. Contractor will expand the functionality of the CPE database application through enhancements to user interfaces and management reports. Contractor will conduct face-to-face meeting to dicuss requirement, Design an enhancements, Provide maintenance and support for FY 2004, Provide an encompassing technical overview for the CPE National Database, consisting of a technical document as well as a CD containing all pertinent files, documents, and code. All responsible sources may submit capability statements, which shall be considered by the agency in accordance with the requirements int he sysnopsis.
