- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for masticating services to be performed in various locations of the Laguna Mountain Recreation Area on the Cleveland National Forest, Descanso Ranger District under the direction of the Contracting Officers Representative. Estimated start date is September 1, 2004. Contract time is 180 calendar days. NAICS code 115310 SBA $6.0 million. OFFERS ARE DUE 12:00 NOON, LOCAL TIME, JUNE 25, 2004.
