- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Radio Frequency Systems Inc., located in Meriden, CT, for a quantity of thirty five Celwave 6-Cavity Duplexers 150-174 MHz pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) ? only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Duplexers must have less than 1 dB insertion loss. Interested parties may identify their interest and ability to provide an equivalent product with pricing via e-mail to Tamara.M.Lanier@aphis.usda.gov. This is a simplified acquisition for a commercial item with an estimated total value of less than $77,000. Parts 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) will be followed ? www.arnet.gov/far. This notice is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
