Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agriculture Marketing Service (AMS) Cotton Program intends to procure the following: Pickup of Cotton Samples from Gins and Warehouses at points shown in the attached specifications and the Delivery of Sacks to the USDA AMS Cotton Program Phoenix Classing Office at 2507 E.Chambers Street Phoenix AZ 85040. For Specifications and/or questions concerning the routes or the quoting process, equipment required or insurance requirements please call/email Vernon Burkholder @ 602-379-3414, vernon.burkholder@usda.gov***ROUTE 2 (S.CALIF & W. ARIZONA) with 6 pickups. Estimated range of sacks (4,300 - 6,200) as per attached. Sample pickup should begin around the week of August 15, 2004.*** This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside using NAICS 484220 with a size standard of $21.5 million. Simplified procurement procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR 12.
