Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a competitive basis for a labor hour type commercial services conract for legal expertise in litigation of a Class Action Title VII lawsuit. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 17, 2004. The anticipated award date will be September 29, 2004 with a period of performance of one year plus four one-year option periods. To be eligible for contract award, a contractor (firm) shall have 10 years experience with class action litigation under Title VII and the proposed litigation personnel shall have extensive experience with positive disposition of their assigned cases. The offerors will also be required to provide paralegal and clerical support. The contractor shall conduct legal research, recommend courses of action, and provide litigation support. The contractor shall be required to obtain a DEA-Sensitive, US Citizenship required security clearance upon award.
