- The air Force Flight Test Center, Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, California, intends to award a sole source contract to Eastman Kodak, 343 State Street, Rochester, NY 14650-1115. The contractor will provide 90 rolls of 35mm x 1200 feet (Estar Base) high speed film Spec 718, part number 2253, manufacture number 19139, Catalog number 120-4163. The solicitation reference number is F004700-04-S-0001.
