- PR YPG04071000228, NSN 1560-01-505-1595 WINDOW PANEL, C-135 AIRCRAFT, Boeing Company, Cage 81205, P/N 5-89357-53, Configuration Control applies, DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Qty 162 EA, Inspection/Acceptance/FOB: Origin, QAP 003, Delivery ? 180 Days After Approval of First Article (1EA)(Government Testing). Delivery for First Article is 180 Days ARO. Critical application. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM?s Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a Letter Solicitation will be utilized. However, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. Item is not used in the commercial sector. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Automated Best Value System (ABVS).
