- Description
- This solicitation is for the establishment of an Indefinite Quantity type contract for items historically procured from ILLINI Construction Parts Inc. (CAGE 0B1U2) and others in accordance with code and part numbers. The FSCs represented in the solicitation are 2815, 2910, 2930, 2990, 3020, 3040, 4710, 4720, and 4730. The solicitation, which includes the NSNs, item description, part numbers, Annual Demand Quantity and delivery schedule will be available for download on the issue date of 16 Feb 2004 under the Solicitations menu on the DSCC Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) under the heading DSCC Request for Quotation (RFQ). Access is directly available by Accessing http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/RFQ. The primary focus for this acquisition Is 17 NSNs managed by DSCC. The solicitation covers base year with option To extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. The FOB is Destination. The Contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation. It is required that a written offer be returned, to the address in block 5 of the RFQ By the date and time specified. DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as Described in section M of the solicitation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-JAN-2004).
