- Description
- The Government intends to issue a sole source, IDIQ, five-year requirement, consisting of one (1) base year and four (4) option years, for the procurement of Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Power Amplifiers, P/N US22/40/100LN. This procurement is for the M/AH-6J, MH-60M Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) and Common Avionics Architecture System (CAAS), MH-47G MOD 2.1 and proposed growth. The intended source is Unique Broadband Systems, Inc., 300 Edgeley Blvd., Concord, ON, Canada L4K 3Y3. The authority and justification for other than full and open competition is in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
