- End Cap (Waterfall) Shelving and Dump Displays for Defense Commissary Agency commissary stores in the continental United States and for overseas locations. The requirement for Waterfall Shelving is set-aside 100% for small business and the Dump Display requirement is solicited on an unrestricted basis. The contract type will be fixed priced requirements type. Award will be by Contract Line Item; there is a possibility that 2 contracts will be awarded.
