- Description
- The work includes all labor, material, tools, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to repair and replace various types of roofs and roofing systems on Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA and at Naval Weapons Station, Fallbrook Annex, Fallbrook, CA. Types of roofing systems to replaced or repaired include asphalt shingle, concrete tiles, preformed metal roofing, form and built-up roofing. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238160, Roofing Contractors, with a Small Business Size Standard of $12 million. The Contract will be an indefinite quantity contract for one base year with 4 one-year renewable options, resulting in the contract performance time of 5 years. The estimated total contract price for the base year and all option years is $4,000,000. The solicitation is set-aside for 8A firms. The solicitation will be available for only by downloading, free of charge, from the following website: http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. All prospective offerors and plan rooms are required to register as plan holders at the website. The plan holders list will be maintained on this website. All amendments will only be available at this website. The solicitation will be available for viewing and downloading on or about June 28, 2004.
