- This notice is released in conjunction with solicitation number W912DY-04-T-0013 to announce a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (HNC) requirement for an ISDN PRI circuit for Remote Access Server (RAS) contract. The work to be performed under this contract shall be delivered to the existing demarcation point room 1X120, 4820 University Square, Huntsville, AL. The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed price contract to be competed under solicitation W912DY-04-T- 0013. The basic contract is estimated to commence on or around 1 July 2004 through 30 June 2005 with two one-year option performance periods. This action is set aside 100% for small business concerns under NAICS code 517212 and size standard of 1500 empl oyees. W912DY-04-T-0013 and other information pertaining to this acquisition will be made available electronically through the Federal Business Opportunities electronic posting system web link at http://www.fedbizopps.gov and the Electronic Bulletin Board System (EBS) at HNC http://www.hnd.usace.army.mil/EBS/advertisedsolicitations.asp. Each interested offeror must register as a planholder and download the Request for Proposal (RFQ). It is and will continue to be all potential offerors responsibility to m onitor the fedbiz website for any amendments, updates, bidders library, responses to questions and answers as the government will not be maintaining a mailing list. It is incumbent upon all potential offerors to download the solicitation and all other doc uments from the fedbiz website and EBS.
