- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Army Contracting Agency at White Sands Missile Range, NM is soliciting proposals for firm fixed price contract for non-personal services for the survey and national registrer evaluatio n of archaeological sites on White Sands Missile Range. The period of performance will be for one year from date of award. Anyone able to provide this service is encouraged to respond. If you are selected, you must be registered in the Central Contractor R egistration - CCR (http://www.ccr.gov/) in order to receive the award. If you are not in the CCR at the time we are ready to make the award, you will be disqualified. We prefer to make payment by Government VISA card. Please include in your proposal whethe r or not you accept the Government VISA card. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 541710 and 500 employees. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business. The following provisions and clauses apply: FAR 52.2 12-1 Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, Commerci al Items (in paragraph (b) the following clauses apply: 52.222-19, 52.222-2 1, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33, 52.232-36, 52.222-41, 52.222-42, and 52.252-2. DFAR 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statu tes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Item also apply to thi s offer. The following clause cited in DFAR 252.212-7001 applies: 252.247-7024. In addition to the preceding, the following FAR and DFAR clauses/provisions are incorporated by reference: 52.219-6, 52.222-3, 52.223-5, 52.233-3, 52.237-1, 52.237-2, 252.2 01-7000, 252.204-7004, 252.223-7006, and 252.245-7001. Copies of FAR clauses/provisions may be accessed via the Internet at www.arnet.gov or http://farsite.hill.af .mil. Award will be made to the contractor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous using the required criteria in FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items. Please refer to the Army Contracting Agency White Sands Missile Range Directorate of Contracting Home Page at http://www.wsmr.army.mil/DOCPAGE/pages/sol_stat.htm for FAR 52.212-2, the Scope of Work, and the area wage determination. On this web page the offeror will need to fill out the Proposal Summary and submit it with the proposal which shall include 1) A cost break down showing proposed labor catagories and labor mix. 2) Contract Numbers, Organization, and Points of Contact of two similar projects completed within the past two years and 3) Resumes of key personnel.
