Description: The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, tools, vehicles, materials, quality control, equipment required to collect, transport and dispose of all solid waste and recyclable materials at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, Orange County , New York and Building #108, Stewart International Airport, New Windsor, Orange County, New York . Additionally, the Contractor shall install, service and repair Government provided equipment as per manufacturer specifications. All solid waste and recycl ables generated (excluding regulated medical or hazardous waste) is to be collected, transported and disposed of and/or delivered in accordance with (IAW) all applicable terms, conditions and standards. The contractor shall collect recyclable materials as specified and deliver to the USMA Recycle Center co-located at the USMA Solid Waste Transfer Station. The Contractor shall transport processed recycling materials from the USMA Recycle Center to disposal points within a fifty mile radius of USMA and occasi onally up to one hundred miles away as necessary. The contractor shall comply with all local, state and federal controls, regulations, and laws as applicable to the service provided. The contractor shall transport all collected solid waste to a state appr oved solid waste management facility (SWMF).
