- Description
- This is the third amendment to the combined synopsis/solicitation number FA5613-04-R-3010 for Contingency Cook Services. The following is changed: CLINs 0004, 1004, 2004 and 3004 are revised to read: Unscheduled Cook Services at a rate of EURO__________ per cook per shift. Accordingly, the language of paragraph 6 is changed to read: Award will be made based on the lowest price proposal and satisfactory Past Performance on a pass/fail basis; including CLINs 0004, 1004, 2004 and 3004, which shall be evaluated at the rate per cook per shift price. 17 March 2004 is added to AFI 48-116, listed under paragraph 5, Description of Requirement. All other requirements remain unchanged. THE PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DATE IS 02 JUNE 2004, 16:30 hours local time.
