- THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO REVIEW AND PRINT ON THE FEDBIZOPPS WEB SITE IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. LEE CANYON WATER SYSTEM PHASE 2-READVERTISEMENT. This project consists of installing approximately 3800 ft HDPE water lines within Forest Service Dolomite Campground along with service hydrants and connections to storage tank and buildings. Replacing the disturbed campground asphalt concrete along with all other necessary work to complete the water system replacement. Option 1 consists of installing approximately 3200 ft of water line from immediately north of State Highway 157 to the Old Mill Picnic area water tank along Scout Canyon Road. From the northwest side of Las Vegas, Nevada, drive 20 miles northwest on US Highway 95 to State Route 156, Lee Canyon Road. Drive on State Route 156 west for 16 miles. Camp Lee will be on the left and Scout Road will be on the right. The Dolomite Campground will be on the right at about 16.5 miles. NAICS code: 237110; size standard: $28.5 Million. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated start date is August 10, 2004 with 90 calendar days for completion. This proposed procurement is under this Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
