- Description
- This project involves repair work and the construction of an addition for the Duchesne Ranger District Office. The contractor shall construct a full and complete Office Facility. The work includes earthwork, concrete sidewalk pavements, mechanical and electrical systems and piping. This project involves a temporary structure and performing selection demolition for the existing building. An addtion will be constructed to the east and north of the existing structure. The structure and the addition are wood framed. Other work includes ( but is not limited to): concrete slabs and foundations, wood trusses and sheathing, ashphalt shingle roofing, insulatin, casework, gypsum wall board, painting, vinyl composition tile flooring, carpeting, ceramic tile, wood windows, steel and wood doors and frames, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, lighting, a public address system, HVAC equipmnent, ductwork, plumbing and plumbing fixtures, power and telephone service. The contractor will also provide all site work associated with the project. This includes demolition, utilities, gates, pavements, parking, bumpers and striping, connecting sidewalks, street curb and gutter, patching and repairing pavements. Provide complete irrigation system and landscaping as shown in the drawings and noted in the specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to: piping, wiring, controllers, topsoil, light grading, sod, plants and trees. This project will be uploaded on approximately 6/11/04 in FedBizOpps and responses are due on 7/12/04 @ 4:30 p.m.
