Description

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Artesia, New Mexico is seeking sources interested in providing dormitory management services to include janitorial or maid services, registration services, maintenance of dormitories and associated buildings and equipment, and laundry services. The successful vendor must provide all labor, supervision, management, quality control, materials, and equipment required to perform this contract. This will include a qualified Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Quality Control representative on site. The projected term of the resulting contract will be for a base year, October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005, and four successive option years. This Sources Sought Synopsis is issued to determine interest by certified Historically Underutilized Business Zone, HUBZone, or Service Connected Disabled Veteran businesses only and will be used to determine the proper type of set-aside for the resulting solicitation and contract. Your response to this request should include a statement of your interest in the requirement, your business name, address and phone number, a point of contact, and information or documentation regarding your business status, either HUBZone certified or Service Connected Disabled Veteran business.
