- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Center for Health Statistics, has a requirement for laboratory measurements on biologic specimens and dust samples for allergen testing from NHANES 2005-2008 participants with a pilot test in 2004. Single or multiple awards may result from this solicitation. The period of performance is to commence in 2004 and continue into 2009. Request for proposal 2004-N-01179 will be issued on an unrestricted basis to full and open competition. The solicitation will be issued on or about 2/18/04 and proposals will be due on or about 3/19/04. Requests for RFP 2004-N-01179 should be submitted by electronic mail or in writing and may be sent to facsimile number (412) 386-6429. Please cite the solicitation number on your request. Offerors may obtain a copy of the RFP through the internet also at www.eps.gov. All responsible responsive business concern sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
