- Description
- The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 9 in San Francisco, CA is seeking qualified Contractors to develop conceptual models and identify analytical tools as part of the California Central Valley Drinking Water Policy. The purpose of this announcement is to determine the availability of businesses/ organizations capable of providing the required services. The specific tasks areas included in the Statement of Work (SOW) are: (1) Meet with the entire Work Group, (2) Identify experts and existing conceptual models, (3) Conduct workshops, (4) Develop Preliminary loading analysis and identify analytical tools, (5) Refine conceptual models, (6) Prepare reports for each phase/task and (7) Provide monthly progress reports and attend meetings. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this project is 541990 and the Small Business size standard is $6 million. The EPA anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a Cost Reimbursement for the Other Direct Costs (ODC). The anticipated performance period for this project is eight (8) months from the notice to proceed. Businesses and/or Organizations capable of providing the above referenced services should provide a response via email to casagrande.paul@epa.gov. The response shall not exceed two (2) pages in length.
