Description

The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility, has a requirement for 3 each Logistic Escape Trunk Houses consisting of 1 each fwd., 1 each mid., 1 each aft. and related support equipment. The houses will be manufactured per Government provided specifications and drawing and delivered FOB Destination to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA. Required delivery dated is September 17, 2004. Estimated date of commercial Request for Quote (RFQ)publication is June 18, 2004. In the event that the contract is not awarded based on intial quotes, revised prices will be submitted during a competitive, anonymous, on-line reverse auction. The RFQ will set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS. The RFQ and ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED, AND NO HARD-COPY SOLICITATION/AMENDMENT WILL BE MAILED OR FAXED. Electronic submission of quotes is not available at this time. Facsimile quotes will NOT be accepted.
