- Description
- The Defense Activity for Non-traditional Education Support?s (DANTES) has a requirement for the development, printing, and distribution of ACT Assessment Tests; the scoring of these tests; the issuance of score reports; and the provision of related materials and services necessary for the operation and maintenance of the ACT Assessment Program. FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive Basis pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1 with ACT Inc. of Iowa City, IA to fulfill the requirement. The projected period of performance consists of one base and four possible option years ? 5 years in total. Performance is planned to begin 01 October 2004. It is anticipated that a solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price - Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract will be issued. Numbered Note 22 applies.
