- The Government intends to extend Contract No. DATM01-02-D-0001, Advance CounterMeasures Systems (ACMS) from 30 September 2004 to 30 September 2005. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Advance CounterMeasures to issue the modificatio n against the current contract under FAR Part 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Advance CounterMeasures Systems (ACMS) is a small business located at 3034 Gold Canal Drive, Rancho C ordova, California 95670-6116. The requirement is for the upgrade and field maintenance of one of a kind instrumentation systems to include Improved Field Data Collectors, High Speed Telemetry System, Common Vehicular Instrumentation Initiative, and Weapo ns Performance Systems developed by the incumbent. The government does not have the technical data package suitable for competition. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541710 with a size standard of 500 employees.
