Description: Contractor shall provide qualified personnel to provide personal services in support of Mobilization and Demobilization Medical Screening, individual/soldier readiness processing, and primary medical care in support of the Soldier Medical Processing and mobilization missions at Camp Shelby, MS (Outside of Hattiesburg, MS). This mission is in support of the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT). Approximately 26 full time equalivent (FTE) personnel are required to support this mission initially. However, th e total requirement will fluctuate as reserve and national guard providers deactivate or activate in support of this mission. The contract will cover two work settings, the Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) site and the Troop Medical Clinic (TMC) at Camp Shelby. The SRP site shall be staffed to process 200 soldiers per day and the contractor may be required to process 300 soldiers per day on some occasions. Contract personnel will be scheduled to work based on the processing requirements at the site and T MC and not based on the normal work hours. Services shall commence on 1 Aug 04 thru 30 Sep 04 and continue for 2 one-year option periods. This is an unrestricted requirement. Anticipated solicitation issuance date is on or about 3 or 4 Jun 04.
