Description

This acquisition is Subject to Availability of Funds. Work includes a new exterior elevated entrance complete with elevated entrance platform, canopy, stairs and lower level retaining walls and rock garden. Interior work includes provision of new o ffice toilets and kitchen of the new elevated gallery level, new janitor's closet at the lower level and new stairs and handicapped lift joining lower and upper levels, and incidental related work. The magnitude of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS code is 236220. This acquisition is competitive 8(a) restricted to New York and New Jersey 8(a) firms.
