Description

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the Northern Region Contracting Center at Fort Eustis, VA intends to make award to Aspendale Baptist Camp on a sole-source Non-Competitive under solicitation W91QF1-04-T-0086 to provide lodging, dining and faciliti es use and trainers for Ropes Course in support of Camp Aspendale for 180 cadets and 20 cadre during 6-12 June 2004. Emergency medical capability must be present, and communications must exist to seek medical evacuation if necessary. Facilities must be s elf-contained so as to provide on-site billeting, feeding, showering and training. Contractor transportation to training sites will be provided for sies morethan two miles from cadets billeting. A fixed price contract is contemplaed. The NAICS Code is 7 21211, SIC Code 7032. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business with revenue of $6.0M dollars oro less. Quoes are due by 10:00 A.M. 28 May 2004. Therefore, in accordance with authority 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1 the Go vernment intends to make award to Aspendale Baptist Camp within 3 days afteer publication of this notice. A determination not to open the requirement to competition based on responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the agency.
