- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propos als are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This request for quotation (RFQ) number is W912CZ-04-T-0061. (iii) This RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FA C) 2001-18. (iv) This acquisition is 100 percent small business set aside, in regards to size standard of 500 employees. The applicable NAICS is 337214 (v) This RFQ contains two line items: 1. CLIN 0001 ??????
